FAQ

  • In principle, our tours are not dangerous.
This also applies to swimming with whales or diving with sharks.
However, it is important to follow the instructions of the companions and guides in order to guarantee safety.

  • Animal welfare and the safety of our participants are the highest priorities for us.
Most of our tours consist of passive observation, often without the animals even noticing us.
For tours at sea, we follow strict local and self-imposed guidelines. For example, if there are several boats near a whale, we look for another spot. In the water, we also observe whales and sharks passively and leave it to the animals to approach us.

  • In order to be able to offer the best experiences, we focus on small groups. Depending on the trip, these are between 4 and 6 guests.
For private tours, please contact us directly.

  • Our tours are definitely suitable for photographers. We have taken all the pictures on this website ourselves, so we are also very interested in good subjects and settings.

  • Of course. Many of our customers do not have any special camera equipment and enjoy the encounters without taking photos.

  • It can always happen that a guest is unable to travel due to illness or personal circumstances.
In such cases, we will do our best to find a replacement and refund the payments made. However, if no replacement can be found, the guidelines of the Terms & Conditions apply.

We generally recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself financially.
